And accomplish two things: gain a unique insight into your Parenting and experience an affirmation of your Parenting John Reardon is a long-term parishioner, husband, father, and grandfather. As the founder of Phoenix Process Consultants, he has helped individuals, couples, families, and organizations to live life more fully. John is schooled in Human development, Adlerian Psychology, Wellness, and Spirituality. With 40 years of ministry work, and 63 years of marriage and family, he will guide youth through an active process of insight and affirmation.
