Pax Christi invites all adults in our community to the Banquet of Blessings, an evening
inspired by the Wedding Feast at Cana. Just like a
wedding reception, this event is open to everyone—married, engaged, dating, honoring the
memory of a loved one, or simply celebrating the beauty of love. All are welcome.
Registration is now per person, not per couple.
Dinner Menu
All entrees include:
- Wine
- Whole wheat or sourdough roll
- Festival salad with champagne vinaigrette
- Assorted desserts
Entrée 1
Boursin Chicken
Breaded chicken breast stuffed with Boursin cheese, wild rice, celery and onions. Served with rosemary roasted red potatoes and charred broccolini.
Entrée 2
Tournedos Béarnaise
Twin filets topped with jumbo shrimp and béarnaise sauce on wild mushroom risotto and honey glazed carrots.
Entrée 3
Pork Filet Mignon
Pan seared pork filets with jus lié and spiced apples, served with potato pancakes and vegetable medley.
Vegetarian option available on request. Please indicate any special dietary needs during registration.

Parents must register by April 9 and pick up children no later than 9 p.m.
