If you have suffered the loss of a loved one, talking to others can be a source of great comfort and support. Losing someone we love is one of life’s most challenging passages.
The death of a loved one often changes everything in your life. Your circle of friends, your family relationships, your hobbies and daily activities, your health, and your emotional and spiritual well-being.
You are invited to connect with others in the Southwest Grief Coalition, where you are not alone, you are heard, and you are supported. Through presentations and small groups, you learn about the process of grief and resources for healing and personal growth.
