Richards is an educator, speaker, and writer who focuses on merging holistic
practices with the science behind them, to activate the fullest growth
potential in others. Her experience serving as a teacher and administrator in
public education, coupled with her current work in the areas of health and
wellness, deliver inspiration, education, and support to develop a powerful
mindset and wellness practices to activate the fullest growth potential in
individuals and organizations.
