An Information Session

Thousands of Afghans have
arrived in the US and are being processed by various arms of the US Government
with the intent of granting official “asylee” status to these people. The
Justice Ministry of Pax Christi is exploring the possibility of creating a
“Good Neighbor Team” to welcome and assist Afghan refugees (asylees). This
initiative will be in partnership with Arrive Ministries (a refugee
resettlement agency here in the Twin Cities with over 30 years’ experience
under the licensing of World Relief). Good Neighbor teams befriend refugees and
asylum seekers by providing practical support and life skills to those who have
been forced to flee their homelands. If you want to learn more about the
