Bring your friends, family, and a lawn chair, and enjoy live music and dinner at Pax Christi. The concert is free, so save the date and prepare to be blown away by Soul Shack at 6:30 p.m. on August 8. The Eden Prairie Lions Beer Truck will be on-site with cash-only refreshments for purchase, and a food truck from The Plate in Prior Lake will arrive with burgers and tacos starting at 5:30 pm.
