The Light that Overcomes the Darkness
Saturday, December 16, 9:00am, in the Main Worship Space
The season of Advent
taps into our deep longing to make sense of our world. Amidst the darkness of
hatred and prejudice, sickness and poverty, violence and despair, we hear again
in dramatic choral form the prophet Isaiah’s promise that “Light will overcome
darkness” coupled with the familiar Advent “O Antiphons.” Join us Saturday
morning, December 16, 9:00 AM, when as families and individuals we gather in
communal prayer acknowledge our failings and receive forgiveness.
