Get ready for spring with Chair Yoga! Connect with friends, stretch, increase flexibility and relax. Popular Chair Yoga Instructor Denise Bunch will lead this upcoming session. Chair Yoga meets on Mondays at 1:30pm via Zoom. Pre-registration is required.Dates: March 27 - June 5. There will be no class on Memorial Day. Classes fill quickly!
