Coalition, you are not alone; you are heard and supported. Through
presentations and an extensive library you learn about the process of grief and
resources for healing and personal growth. The Southwest Grief Coalition is here
for you during this tender time. The coalition of Eden Prairie churches provide
opportunity for sharing, support and learning through presentations and small
