| Volunteer Opportunities
There are many ways to share your time and talents in service to the Pax Christi community. The following is a list of immediate needs. Please email the contact person to offer your services or to request additional information about the opportunity that interests you.
Active Participation at Mass
All are invited to full, conscious and active participation in the liturgy. Some are called to commit to a specific ministry, helping all to celebrate.
Liturgical Ministers are needed for the following Masses:
8:00am Cross bearers and altar servers
11:00am Cross bearers and projectionists
5:00pm Sunday Eucharistic Ministers
Descriptions:
Altar Server - Assist the priest during Mass; 4th graders or older would serve once every 4 or 5 weeks.
Cross Bearer - Carry the cross in the processional and recessional for Mass; once every 4 weeks.
Eucharistic Minister - Distribute Communion during Mass; serve on a team once every 3 to 4 weeks.
Projectionist - Following a script, advance through slides during Mass; once every 5 to 6 weeks.
