Music Ministry

Adult Choir
Rehearses two hours per week, and, on a rotating basis, sings at all of the weekend liturgies, September-May. Grades 8-adult are invited to join.

Cantors
Cantors lead and encourage the assembly in singing. Cantors of the Psalm Response are needed at all Masses and are encouraged to rehearse with the Choir. Additional opportunities at weekly services are also available.

Children’s Choir
A great group designed to teach and encourage our next generation of music ministers. The Children’s Choir rehearses 3 times per month and sings at one Mass per month, October-May. Children in grades 2-6 (younger with parental supervision) are invited to join.

Teen Choir
This group is composed of teen-age musicians who rehearse Wednesday evenings at 8:00pm and perform at the 5:00pm Sunday Masses.

Christmas Choir
This group is open for all folks who are able to join the Adult Choir for Christmas Eve. Join us for three- onehour rehearsals prior to Christmas Eve and then raise your voices in song for one Christmas Eve liturgy.

Easter Choir
Another seasonal opportunity for singers. Join the adult choir for 3-4 one-hour rehearsals and join in singing at two Masses Easter Sunday.

Handbell Choir I
Rehearses one hour per week and plays at 2 Masses per month, September-May. Liminted space is available; grades 5-adult are welcome.

Handbell Choir II
Rehearses 90 minutes per week and plays at 2 Masses per month, September-May.This advanced group is open by audition; grades 7-adult are welcome.

Instrumentalists
Instrumentalists of all types are invited to join the Choir or Ensemble for rehearsal and are welcome additions to any liturgies. Opportunities for service abound! Let us know if you are available to play for special music, with small seasonal ensembles or if you have other ideas.
