Baptism incorporates us with Christ and forms us into God's people. It is the first sacrament of initiation. The Catholic Church baptizes people of all age--from infants to adults. To help prepare individuals and families for this sacrament, the Church offers various forms of formation.At Pax Christi families choosing to baptize their infant are invited to attend a Baptism Preparation Workshop which offers insight and guidance concerning the Sacrament of Baptism.
Baptism sessions will be in-person at Pax Christi in the Mother Teresa Room on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8:00 p.m.Please preregister online below or call the parish office, 952-941-3150. The parish needs a copy of the child’s birth certificate for the purposes of the certificate and sacramental record. You may bring it to the preparation session, drop it off at the parish office, or email as an attachment to sbergum@paxchristi.com.
